The North Sea Regatta 2024 wrapped up in Scheveningen, Netherlands with resounding success, featuring over 80 races divided into 13 classes on two race courses. The Race Committee efficiently managed the event, ensuring all scheduled races were sailed, and competitors faced a range of weather conditions that tested their skills. The regatta kicked off with light winds on Saturday, leading to a delayed start on both courses. Sunday brought perfect “champagne sailing” conditions, while Monday saw a breezy morning with overcast skies and rain, adding another layer of challenge for the participants. Class Champion in the J/22 was Jean-Michel Lautier. For event details, visit https://www.nsr.nl/.
